The purpose of the Class Executive Board is to provide programming to instill a sense of class and school spirit, unity and pride, and to foster the breaking through of social barriers. The 2010 Class Board is responsible for organizing Penn's greatest and most historic traditions, including Sophomore Skimmer and Hey Day, and other events that are attended by thousands of students. The Board advocates on behalf of the sophomore class by means of the Undergraduate Assembly Steering Committee, the Student Government Steering Committee, and Tangible Change.
